About the property

Atrium — Corvin Promenade 8, 7th floor No. 719

Located on the seventh floor of Corvin sétány 8 — the Atrium — this 69 sqm apartment offers 27.20 sqm of outdoor space across two independently usable terraces. Completed in 2020, the building closes the fully rebuilt pedestrian core of the Corvin Quarter, directly next to Semmelweis University, Corvin Plaza and the blue metro line.

The apartment's greatest asset is its double terrace: the larger, 19.78 sqm surface — approaching 20 sqm and penthouse in character — works as an outdoor room in its own right, with space for a full dining set, a sunbathing and lounging zone, a barbecue and planting, making it suited to entertaining family and friends, barbecues, parties and leisure alike. The second, 7.42 sqm terrace is separate from it and serves as a quiet spot for morning coffee and reading. Both open towards the sheltered inner side.

This unit generates the strongest rental level in the portfolio and is designed for international executives and specialists seeking a representative apartment with a panorama — while also being an outstanding choice for visiting professors and international student groups.
