About the company

IUVENTAS INVEST Consulting and Project Organisation Ltd. is engaged in the utilisation of its own real estate portfolio. Our core activity is the letting and operation of wholly owned residential properties, complemented by guesthouse services at Régimódi Guesthouse in Monor.

The portfolio comprises seven properties across three locations: four premium apartments in Budapest, two residential properties in Monor and a two-apartment holiday house in Keszthely. We continuously improve the technical condition of our assets and build our letting practice on long-term, predictable partnerships.
